Terms of use
These terms cover the website and the paid consultations sold here.
What a consultation covers
A purchase on this site is a consultation only. It includes the duration and deliverable listed for that package, and nothing else. It does not hire Loaded Sound Management, does not reserve a place on the roster, and does not grant exclusivity. Management, if offered, requires a separate written agreement signed by both sides.

Reviews and audits
- EPK & Bio Review — $49. Written feedback on your press kit and bio.
- Social & Brand Audit — $79. A written audit of the profiles you name.
- Playlist & Pitch Prep — $79. Pitch copy and a target-list approach for one release.
Sessions
- Career Consult — $99. 3 prioritized next steps, covered on the call.
- Strategy Session — $249. A written growth plan covering release, branding, social, and booking, delivered within 5 business days.
Plans
- Artist Development 4-Pack — $349. Four 45-minute sessions, paid up front as one charge. This is not a subscription.
- Release Rollout Plan — $499. A full single or EP rollout plan with timeline, budget, playlist and pitching plan, and content calendar, plus a 30-minute follow-up call.
Done for you: we write it, you approve it
- Hook Writing — $149. A custom hook written to your beat or idea, with one revision.
- Custom Songwriting — $399. Full song lyrics plus topline melody demo direction, with one revision.
- Producer Match — $49. An introduction to 2–3 producers who fit your sound. Production or beat fees are agreed with the producer separately.
- EPK Build — $199. We write and design your electronic press kit.
- Artist Website Build — $250 deposit. A deposit toward a custom artist site. The final price is quoted after a call.
Prices are in US dollars and can change for future purchases.
Payments
Payments are processed by Square. You pay the price shown when you check out. We record the service, amount, payment id, and buyer email after Square reports the payment as completed. We do not store card numbers. Song reviews, questions, audits, and done-for-you work collect an intake form before you pay.
Scheduling
After you pay for a session or plan, we email you to set a time. The session should match what you bought. Missing a call without writing ahead counts as the session being delivered. Written reviews and questions are answered by email. The $10 song review and quick question are answered within 3 business days.
Reviews, audits, and done-for-you work
Reviews are non-refundable once delivered. If we cannot deliver within 7 days, email us for a full refund. This is feedback only, with no guarantee of placement or signing. Songwriting credit and splits are agreed in writing before work starts. We make introductions; production fees and agreements are between you and the producer. The Artist Website Build charge is a deposit. The website deposit is fully refundable if cancelled before work starts, and non-refundable after the kickoff call. No guarantees
No guarantees of placements, streams, or deals. We also do not guarantee press, bookings, or income.
Applications
Submitting the artist form is a request for review. We aim to review it within 7 days. It is not an offer of management and not an acceptance of one.
Your materials
You keep ownership of music, photos, and documents you send. You give us permission to review them internally to respond to you. Do not upload material you do not have the right to share.
Our materials
The site design, logo, and the release checklist text belong to Loaded Sound Management. You may use the checklist for your own release. You may not resell it as your product.
Acceptable use
Do not misuse the forms, attempt to break the site, or send unlawful content. We may reject an application or a message.
Liability
The site is provided as available. To the extent the law allows, our liability for a consultation is limited to the fee you paid for that consultation. Some places do not allow that limit; in those places it applies only as far as the law allows.
