Refund and cancellation policy

This policy covers the paid services on this site. A refund does not cancel a management contract. There is not one until a separate agreement exists.

Sessions and plans

Email info@loadedsoundmgt.com before the session is delivered and before we have started the written plan. We refund the full amount through Square to the original payment method. This covers the Career Consult, Strategy Session, Artist Development 4-Pack, and Release Rollout Plan. The 4-pack is one charge for four sessions, not a subscription.

Reviews, audits, and done-for-you work

Reviews are non-refundable once delivered. If we cannot deliver within 7 days, email us and we refund the full amount. That includes the $10 song review and quick question, the EPK and profile reviews, and done-for-you work such as hook writing, custom songwriting, producer introductions, and an EPK build.

Website deposit

The website deposit is fully refundable if cancelled before work starts, and non-refundable after the kickoff call. The final price is quoted after that call.

After the work starts

Once the call has happened, or the written deliverable has been sent, the fee is for that work and is not refunded. If you miss the scheduled call without writing ahead, the session counts as delivered.

Duplicate charges

If you were charged twice for the same package by mistake, email us and we will refund the duplicate.

How it shows up

Square sends a refund event to this site. When that refund is completed, we mark the order refunded in our records and email you if we have the buyer address from the payment.

Management

This policy does not set the terms of a future management agreement. Those terms would be in that agreement.
