Questions

No. You are buying the session and the deliverable listed for that package. Management, if we offer it later, is a separate written agreement. Paying for a consult does not put you on the roster.

Yes. Use the apply page. We review applications within 7 days. If there is a fit, we email you. An application is not a contract.

Square collects the payment and your email. We confirm the payment with Square. After you pay, we email you to set a time. For a song review, a question, an audit, or done-for-you work, we email you. For $10 services, we reply within 3 business days.

You send a song link, not a file. We send written feedback. It is feedback only, with no guarantee of placement or signing. The same is true of the $10 quick question.

Read the refund and cancellation policy. Sessions can be refunded before they are delivered. Reviews are non-refundable once delivered, and we refund in full if we cannot deliver within 7 days. The website deposit is fully refundable if cancelled before work starts, and non-refundable after the kickoff call.

Songwriting credit and splits are agreed in writing before work starts. Producer Match is different: we make introductions; production fees and agreements are between you and the producer.

Your name, artist name, email, city and state, genre, and at least one of Spotify, Apple Music, or SoundCloud. An EPK can be attached as a PDF up to 10 MB. Tell us whether you need management, release strategy, branding, booking, or sync.

No. A rollout plan can include a pitching list and a budget. It cannot promise editorial placement, a sold-out date, or a sync.

We work with artists by email and video. We do not publish a street address. Bigg Britt is based in Tampa, Florida. Email info@loadedsoundmgt.com.
